ONE YEAR SMOKE FREE Today!!!

Hi Darlings,

I am headed to the doc today for a follow up on my wrist and I am hoping to get cleared for duty, lol BUT most importantly today marks my 1 year anniversary of being SMOKE FREE!! can you believe it has been a year already? I tried for years and years to quit smoking and on this day last year I decided enough was enough and I had to take control.

I am so very proud of myself for quitting it was the best thing I could have done for myself!! If you are a smoker and want to quit I encourage you to take that step, it will save your life!

xoxo

  13. Congratulations and I bet you feel much better for it, your lungs will anyway lol. What frightens me about your statement is how fast the year has gone, it only feels like 3 months ago when you said you had been off them for about 2 weeks or something like that. https://www.facebook.com/SassySewingBees

  28. Congratulations. This is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your family. I lost both of my parents to lung cancer when they were in their late 50s and consequently I have very strong feelings about smoking. I've never smoked but I saw how difficult it was for them to try to quit over and over. Well done.
