5 Tips To Buying Jeans + OOTD

Hi Darlings!

Today I am rocking an old blouse I had sitting in my closet and had never worn but found recently when I cleared out the closet again, it was just insane how much clothes I gave away to the girls at church....well after Chastidy came by and took what she wanted first, lol I also replaced all my hangers which took forever! but I did find a great top I had forgotten about ;-)
So while getting ready this morning and slipping on my jeans (I really mean, squeezing into freshly washed jeans) I thought I would share my tips for buying them since I am often asked how I find so many great jeans that fit. I also get asked if I alter my jeans and the answer is no, I don't ever alter jeans that I buy because I only buy jeans that fit and you can too...this is how.

    2. The waistband of the jeans will be higher in the back and taper off in the front great for us gals with plenty of curves to hugs. no gapping like Mimi states and no peek a boo in the back when you sit down. Levi's Curve ID, I LOVE LOVE LOVE PZI JEANS they fit perfectly gives every curve a nice warm hug. Queen Latifah's jeans are great also and my daughter loves Old Navy Jeans happy shopping.

  3. I love the outfit....I just changed all my hangers a couple months ago to the pink version of yours. You can get so much more in the closet with those hangers

  9. Hey Mimi, I like the tips post. However, every time I buy jeans with over 3% stretch, I feel the recovery after washing is very weak. And after a while they sag more during the day.

  11. Great tips and I know you said you have a blazer class coming up and I can't wait. Are you by chance doing a trouser, jeans or pants class anytime soon also, because I was going to buy one somewhere else but if you have one coming up, I'll rather wait on you since I already know your tutorial are so detailed and easy to follow.
