I see you sending me shopping.
ReplyDeleteI ordered the grey on brights fabric a month ago and planned on making a pencil skirt with it but I have been super busy with class projects. I will send pics after I make it. The fabric is a little sheer so I might have to line it.

Hmmmm, shame on you, apparently you don't know some of your readers are recovering fabricholics. ;-p Now off to check out the black/white polka dots! Thanks for sharing that she's having a sale....I've bought from there before, really great quality.
ReplyDeleteI was searching every where for the leopard print. Just bought mine. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mimi! I just bought a leopard pencil from Forever 21 and it's all wrong for my major caboose. :) Between your tute and that fabric...I feel a sexy Amazon outfit coming through! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for posting this along with the links! I love these prints.
ReplyDeleteI really appreciate all the info. you put on here.
Have a great weekend.
I bought two prints. I really appreciate you going through the time to post this. As a newbie to sewing sometimes I'll buy a fabric online for a skirt and then it'll be see through for what I'm trying to sew. I'm still trying to understand this whole thing & your site is my go to resource!! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHey there! This is kind of unrelated to this post, however I do love the leopard print and plan on buying it on for my next pencil skirt. Anyway, any idea where can I find inexpensive patterns? Do you normally wait for patterns to go on sale or do you buy them at full price? Let me know. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Sunshine, I love the black and white polka dot material, and the leopard print! I would definitely ROCK those two prints, with some red accents......Love it!
ReplyDeleteLove ur style, making ur own clothing is very inspiring! Now I want to learn.....wow thanks!
