DIY Little Black Dress Tutorial!

Hi Darlings!

If you follow me on Instagram you know I made this DIY dress several weeks ago but I only just wore it during Hispanicize 14' in Miami. It was such an easy modification to an existing Burda pattern so I made a quick sew along tutorial. The flared option for the pattern us super cute but it wasn't what I was going for.

Here I am with another talented blogger Gypsy In The City at the Positive Impact awards.
and here I am taking a #selfie with Edward James Olmos

Fabric Options: Blended Knits HERE, ITY Knits HERE, Rayon HERE / Burda Pattern HERE

  6. Mimi I want to express how you stand out from other tutorials that I have watched. I've noticed that even with your free tutorials you still take the time show us how to make these garmets in a clean, precise, professional way. As a real new beginner sewer I appreciate that you make sure we understand each step by giving us detailed instruction. I am proud to say that I look at you as my sewing teacher :)...I wish you much blessings and more happiness than your heart and hands can hold. Thank you so much.
