  1. Hi,
Ordered this last week when I found out about the release, and it came today. Trudy does great tutorials and this was no exception. She has a lot of charisma, and the extra tips she gives about making it your own are always helpful.

  2. Thank you so much for posting this. Trudy and I are around the same age and body type.

  3. I like Trudy!lol Love the T It is on my list.

  4. I love this tee. I almost bought it when you first told us about it but I was a little hesitant. Let's face it Mimi girl, your body is banging. I just thought it would fit like regular old tee. But I must say that Trudy has made me a believer and I am on my way to purchasing it now. Thanks for all you do to bring great and accessible fashion to everyone.

  5. WOW, I didn't expect to LOVE her reconstruction of this tee pattern! It reminds me of the whole Luxe sweatshirt trend, but nicer. Trudy if you're reading this great job on the tutorial, that tee looks fantastic on you and I will definitely pick this up based on your description of the base pattern itself. I can't wait to try this project out though as I have lots of unwearable graphic tees.

    1. Levon "luxe sweatshirt but nicer" is exactly right. Inspired by the tutorial instead of working on my winter coat I refashioned a graphic print with a a very nice quality double knit similar to sweatshirting. It does look very luxe casual and this pattern came together great and fast. I was really impressed. This Mimi G tee pattern is now in my staples pile. I can see making it over and over again in a lot of different ways. Note: Depending on how big the original tee is Trudy's side insert is definitely needed if you are making a refashion. I loved how it framed my print.

Thank you for taking time to comment ;-)
